Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Integration and Test Professional to join a prestigious Defence project in Sydney, Australia.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leading system integration and testing activities across assigned projects.
  • Developing and executing inspection and test procedures and reports.
  • Delivering and managing software integration rigs and prototype development rigs.
  • Supporting unit-level, integration, and system-level testing ensuring compliance with standards and requirements.
  • Assisting sustainment teams with diagnostics and testing for system-level issues beyond technician capability.
  • Managing integration-based documentation including integration plans and Interface Control Drawings (ICDs).
  • Liaising with engineers, technicians, and suppliers to ensure timely quality delivery.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A tertiary qualification in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or Systems preferred).
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience leading integration and testing work packages in Defence.
  • A solid grounding in systems engineering to support integration and test work.
  • Proven ability to deliver on contract schedule and budget requirements.
  • Excellent communication and proactive approach skills.
  • Australian Citizenship and AGSVA NV1 clearance eligibility.
