A dynamic opportunity for a seasoned Registered Nurse to advance their career as a Roving Clinical Manager, reporting directly to the Operations Director of Residential Aged Care.

About the Role:

  • Work across multiple aged care facilities in metropolitan Perth, covering leave and providing additional support to Clinical Care Managers
  • Responsible for clinical care, ensuring facilities comply with legislation and accreditation requirements
  • Conduct audits and gap analysis to identify areas for continuous improvement in clinical care
  • Design, introduce and support quality initiatives to ensure best practice care is delivered
  • Manage and motivate clinical and care teams, providing them with support, direction and guidance

Key Requirements:

  • Full registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Proven track record in a Clinical Care Manager role within residential aged care
  • Ability to travel and work across facilities in Perth's Southern suburbs and two regional facilities
  • Confident leader who guides their team by providing mentoring, support and clear standards
  • Knowledge of the Aged Care Act and demonstrated ability to hold responsibility for clinical standards to assist facilities achieve accreditation
