The Opportunity

We are seeking a technical professional to deliver integrations using our integration tech stack, applying knowledge of APIs, data mapping, error handling, and workflow logic via an iPaaS to connect key platforms and workflows in the market.

Your primary focus will be on technical delivery, designing, building, and documenting integrations that meet customer and market needs. You will collaborate with stakeholders, external partners, and global teams to ensure effective and repeatable integrations and localization projects.

This role offers opportunities to expand into product-facing responsibilities, supporting localization projects, contributing to technical reviews, and helping translate market requirements into specifications for Product and Engineering.

This position is ideal for someone who is technically proficient, product-curious, and skilled at stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN INTEGRATIONS USING OUR INTEGRATION TECH STACK (TRAY.AI, POSTMAN, AND BESPOKE INTERNAL TOOLS).
  • DOCUMENT SOLUTION PATTERNS AND WORKFLOWS TO IMPROVE REPEATABILTY AND SCALE.
  • COLLABORATE WITH THIRD-PARTY DEVELOPERS AND TECHNICAL PARTNERS TO DELIVER RELIABLE SOLUTIONS.
  • PARTNER WITH STAKEHOLDER TEAMS TO ENSURE SOLUTIONS MEET MARKET REQUIREMENTS.
  • MULTIPLY MONITOR AND OPTIMIZE THE PERFORMANCE AND RELIABILITY OF DELIVERED INTEGRATIONS.
  • CONTRIBUTE TO PRODUCT LOCALIZATION PROJECTS, TRANSLATING TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS INTO CLEAR SPECIFICATIONS AND SUPPORTING TECHNICAL REVIEWS WITH STAKEHOLDERS.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong experience working with APIs (REST, GraphQL, webhooks, event-driven patterns).
  • Background in building or maintaining SaaS platform solutions (integrations, workflows, or technical delivery).
  • Familiarity with Tray (iPaaS) or similar low/no-code tools.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to develop coding capability.
  • Proficiency using AI productivity tools (e.g., Cursor, LLMs) to enhance development efficiency.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence priorities and align delivery with strategic goals.
  • Demonstrated agility and autonomy in fast-paced environments, consistently going above and beyond to deliver maximum impact.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Familiarity with AI and agentic integration technologies (e.g., LangChain, LLM orchestration frameworks).
  • Experience applying AI to automation, workflows, or integrations.
  • Experience collaborating with distributed/global product or engineering teams.
