Job Title: Quality Assurance SpecialistIn this pivotal role as a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the integrity of our products. You will optimize processes, manage audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold both regulatory and operational standards.Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead quality assurance initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Champion safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
  • Manage quality systems to maintain product integrity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address non-conformities
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying causes of issues
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance
Key Competencies & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Science, Microbiology, Food Technology, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role within the food, ingredients, or FMCG sectors
  • Strong knowledge of SQF, FSANZ, HACCP, GMP, and internal audit frameworks
  • Proven experience developing and executing corrective action plans and conducting root cause analysis
  • Hands-on experience with internal/external audits, including managing non-conformances
