Job Title: HSEQ Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSEQ Coordinator to join our team. As an HSEQ Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring safety, quality, and environmental compliance across all project sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting safety, quality, and environmental inspections to ensure consistent adherence to site setup procedures.
  • Assisting staff, site teams, and contractors in complying with relevant legislation, standards, and contractual arrangements.
  • Supporting the HSEQ Manager in delivering the Safety Management System, including policies, procedures, manuals, and practices.
  • Acting as a company representative for all WHS matters.
  • Proactively assisting work teams in implementing and embedding health and safety work plans.
  • Keeping up-to-date with legislative changes and continuously reviewing and improving policies and procedures.
  • Monitoring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Providing workplace safety, health, environmental, and quality support and advice to the Senior Management Team and staff.
  • Assisting in assurance and audit activities within the company.
  • Contributing to the development, review, and monitoring of the HSEQ Plan and objectives and targets.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Cert. IV in workplace safety.
  • Knowledge of HSEQ processes and previous experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated unwavering commitment to health and safety.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Related industry experience, particularly in commercial and civil construction (highly desirable).
  • Current driver's license.
  • National Construction General Induction Card (All States Recognized).
