Job Title: HSEQ Administration Assistant

TRN Group is seeking a highly motivated and organized HSEQ Administration Assistant to join our HSEQ team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining safety and compliance, as well as providing project and general administration support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain Project Management plans as required
  • Establish and maintain Project Management Plan requirements, including signage, emergency response, and safe operating procedures
  • Update and maintain the Safety Data Sheet register
  • Issue and review subcontractor pre-qualification letters as needed
  • Manage and update the subcontractor register
  • Maintain third-party pre-qualifications as required
  • Update and manage the incident register
  • Issue Modern Slavery Declarations and maintain the Modern Slavery register
  • Manage and administer employee uniforms, including ordering and maintaining stock
  • Manage and administer Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) to the business, including ordering and maintaining stock
  • Manage and administer first aid kits across the business, and replenish stock as needed
  • Coordinate with external suppliers for company uniforms, PPE, and first aid kits
  • Provide project and general administrative support as directed by the HSEQ Manager
Requirements:
  • Current NSW driver's license
  • Previous experience in HSEQ administration (desirable)
  • Experience within the civil construction industry (desirable)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in MS Office packages
  • Demonstrated organizational abilities and time management skills
  • Attention to detail
