We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning and Development Manager to join our team at Dhelkaya Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for progressing the strategic direction of education and training across the organization, including the Graduate and Transition to practice program, staff education programs, and undergraduate clinical placements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement education and training strategies to support the achievement of organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead and coordinate the day-to-day operations associated with education and training activities across the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Manage and evaluate education and training programs to ensure they are effective and meet the needs of the organization.
Requirements
  • Current registration as a health professional in a relevant clinical discipline.
  • Post Graduate qualifications in education or other relevant speciality.
  • Experience in managing interdisciplinary teams.
  • Education delivery experience.
