Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide expert immigration assistance and lead a team of case managers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assess client eligibility for various visa subclasses, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Prepare and lodge complex visa applications, including Employer Sponsored Visas, DAMA & Labour Agreements, Skills Assessments, Family Sponsorships, Visitor & Temporary Activity Visas.
  • Draft compelling submissions for Tribunals and the Department of Home Affairs, utilizing expertise in migration regulations.
  • Mentor junior staff while managing cases independently, maintaining high standards of compliance with OMARA Code of Conduct and migration regulations.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Registered Migration Agent, with a strong understanding of the Migration Act, Regulations & Legendcom.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to draft clear and concise submissions.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
