Administration Officer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administration Officer to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for callers, you will provide essential telecommunication support to hospital staff and the community.

  • You will be responsible for responding efficiently to telephone enquiries, maintaining minimal call queues, and providing accurate information in the Switchboard Services phone directory and paging systems.
  • In addition, you will support emergency response procedures by promptly relaying notifications to appropriate teams, working collaboratively within a multi-skilled team while managing individual priorities with limited supervision.

You will be an organised professional with excellent communication skills and a commitment to high-quality service delivery. Your ability to remain calm under pressure and your strong attention to detail will ensure the smooth operation of switchboard services.

  • Competence in maintaining accurate data within telecommunication systems and databases.
