Care Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to oversee the daily operations of our in-home aged care and NDIS services. As a Care Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the delivery of high-quality care to our clients.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and leadership experience, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the delivery of in-home aged care and NDIS services.
- Supervise and support a team of care professionals.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Evaluate the quality of care provided and make improvements as necessary.
Requirements:
- AHPRA Registration.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Must be a Registered Nurse with a strong clinical background.
- Aged Care and NDIS experience is preferred.
- NDIS Workers Screening Card.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of current aged care standards, accreditation, and auditing processes.
