Financial Operations Coordinator

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial administration, including accounts receivable management, month-end reporting, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of payments and accurate invoicing.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Perform financial analysis, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Reconcile hotel commissions and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the Hospitality Accountant to achieve financial goals and objectives.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes by providing support and reviewing outputs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will hold a Business Degree and be studying towards a CPA/CA qualification. Prior experience working in a finance or accounting support position is preferred. Additionally, proficiency in using ERP systems and strong numerical abilities are essential.
