Field Service Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Field Service Technician. As a key member of our production print service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with high-volume production printers, digital presses, and other equipment. You will be part of a dedicated team of technicians who strive to deliver outstanding results and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and maintenance of Colour and B&W print production equipment and ancillary products
  • On-site Corrective and Preventative maintenance on customer equipment
  • Provide technical assistance and support to customers
  • Collaborate with the VIC Service Team to ensure seamless delivery of services
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical field service experience with production printers, digital presses, or high-volume print systems
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and software troubleshooting skills
  • Solid understanding of network connectivity, print servers, and production print environments
  • Proven ability to perform in time-sensitive or high-pressure environments
