We are seeking a seasoned Clinical Manager to lead our Intensive Care Unit. This role involves operational and clinical management, coordinating the activity of nursing staff and resources.
- This is a full-time position at Calvary North Adelaide Hospital.
- As Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient management, coordination and leadership of the ICU team.
- You will ensure high-quality patient care through evidence-based practice and adherence to clinical guidelines and policies.
The Clinical Manager plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day running of the unit. Key responsibilities include:
- Operational planning and service delivery
- Human resource management and financial and capital asset management
- Administrative coordination and service development
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Intensive Care Unit Management experience (or similar) of at least 3 years
- Graduate Diploma in Critical Care Nursing
- AHPRA Registration
- Demonstrated ability to provide high level leadership
