Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver engaging learning programs
- Evaluate and refine training resources
- Partner with internal and external clients to identify L&D solutions
- Provide expert consultancy to managers
- Assess competency and provide feedback
This Clinical Nurse Educator position will allow you to utilize your clinical knowledge to enhance our training and development programs.
Qualifications and Skills:- Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA
- Current Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
- Clinical experience in an aged care environment
- Organisation and time management skills
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
