Job Description:

The role of the Customer Service Officer is to provide high-quality support to clients by monitoring and analysing daily workload and activity levels. This involves identifying resource capacity to meet daily service delivery targets, supervising and rostering staff, and acting as the first escalation point for staff support, customer escalations, and staff performance & behaviour.

This is a key position within our team, requiring excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to build positive working relationships, and contribute to a positive work environment. The ideal applicant will also possess excellent organisation & time management skills, resilience, and the ability to remain calm & adapt to frequently changing workload.

In addition, experience in leading a team, identifying staff performance training needs, and undertaking appropriate action is highly desirable.
