We're seeking an exceptional lawyer with a strong academic background and top-tier experience in international law firms or in-house settings. To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:
- A minimum of 8 years PQE in a law firm or in-house
- Expertise in derivatives and custody arrangements
- Experience managing and negotiating traded markets documentation and/or in equities and/or fixed income spaces
- Strong knowledge of the banking industry
