Senior Banking Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled senior lawyer to join our leading Banking and Finance team in Sydney.
As a key member of the team, you will provide expert advice to a variety of lenders and financiers including commercial and investment banks, credit funds and other institutional financial services entities.
You will play a lead role in managing transactions, with significant client exposure. You'll also have the opportunity to mentor junior lawyers, contribute to their development and help shape the future of the practice.
- 4+ years legal practice experience, gained within a reputable Banking and Finance practice at a reputable commercial law firm
- Demonstrated experience with Corporate or Structured financing (lender side)
- Some experience with, or desire to learn, front-end restructuring would be highly regarded
- Strong academic performance
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage matters with autonomy and efficiency
- Ability and willingness to mentor graduates and junior team members
