- Promote the club within the local community through targeted marketing efforts
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the club, ensuring a 5-star experience for members
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks, including phone calls and data entry
- Outgoing and bubbly personality with a genuine passion for the fitness industry
- Strong sales background and ability to meet sales targets
- Focused, professional, and reliable with excellent communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Required certifications: First Aid/CPR, Police Check, and Working with Children Check
