Job Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Mobile Case Manager. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to provide timely and personalized face-to-face assistance to workers and employers.

  • Duties:
  • Deliver personalized support to stakeholders including workers, employers, and providers.
  • Conduct community visits inclusive of work sites or medical clinics.
  • Proactively achieve optimal recovery outcomes and early sustainable return to work for workers.

About You:

  • You have proven experience in case management and the ability to facilitate successful returns to the workforce.
  • You possess knowledge of NSW workers compensation legislation and regulations.
  • You have effective listening and conflict resolution skills.
  • You have excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, written and verbal proficiency.

Work Arrangements:

This full-time contract position requires you to be on the road servicing your appointed area 4 days per week and working from home 1 day.

Please note that during the initial 4-week onboarding period, you'll be required to work from the office five days a week to ensure a smooth transition and comprehensive training.
