Key Responsibilities
  1. Diagnose and treat patients with diverse dental needs, adhering to established clinical protocols and guidelines.
  2. Develop and implement effective patient care plans, considering individual needs and circumstances.
  3. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of oral health services.
  4. Stay updated on latest clinical practices, technologies, and research findings to enhance service quality.
  5. Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote best practices in oral health care.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as a Dental Practitioner.
  • Minimum three years' experience in clinical dentistry within Australia.
  • Bachelor's degree in Dental Science or a related discipline.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and electronic medical records systems.
  • Current CPR certification and satisfactory completion of safety screening, including a Working with Children's Check and National Police Check.
