Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented senior engineering professional to join our dynamic and growing team at our Brisbane or Sunshine Coast office.

This role involves managing and delivering projects from due diligence through to development application, coordinating designs and contract administration. You will also develop relationships with clients, assist principal engineers with forecasted workloads, and contribute to sustainable profit generation and growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing and delivering projects from inception to completion
  2. Coordinating designs and contract administration
  3. Developing relationships with clients and stakeholders
  4. Assisting principal engineers with workload planning and management
  5. Contributing to the development of business strategies and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering project management
  • Strong technical and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
