Process Chemist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Chemist to join our Quality Assurance team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Providing QA services to our manufacturing plant by collecting, preparing samples, carrying out laboratory testing, and reporting results from analysis.
  • Conducting method improvement/evaluation, providing analytical support for process improvement trials, product quality investigations, and product rework and stability trials.
  • Troubleshooting of day-to-day product testing issues within the laboratory and production environment.
  • Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment used to perform analytical tests.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree-qualified Chemist with experience in the Quality Control and Quality Assurance of products in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in operating and troubleshooting instruments such as Gas Chromatography (GC) and High-Pressure Liquid Chromatography (HPLC).
  • Good understanding of GLP, GMP, and safety standards.
  • Proactive, customer-focused, and excellent communication skills.
