Job Summary:

HR Business Partner Opportunity

As a strategic HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving business success by delivering best-practice people solutions.

This hands-on HR professional role involves frequent interaction across teams on job sites, requiring industrial/blue-collar experience.

The successful candidate will work closely with the HR Manager to develop and execute HR programs that drive business results, including business partnering, driving inclusion and diversity initiatives, and leading HR programs.

  • Partner with leaders across divisions to deliver high-impact business outcomes.
  • Develop and implement inclusive and diverse workplace strategies.
  • Design and lead HR programs that drive recruitment, performance, policy, and more.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field.
  • Previous experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • Strong knowledge of human resources practices, employment relations/industrial relations, and legislation.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
