About the Role:

We are seeking a People & Culture Advisor to make an impactful contribution. This is an opportunity to work across strategic and operational HR initiatives, supporting a diverse workforce and partnering with leaders to drive meaningful change.

  • Be the go-to HR partner for managers and employees across multiple locations, including manufacturing sites.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, from job design to selection.
  • Support culture-building initiatives, engagement programs, and organisational change.
  • Drive continuous improvement through HR projects and data insights.
  • Champion governance and compliance across all HR practices.
  • Facilitate performance reviews, development planning, and exit interviews.
  • Contribute to workforce planning and talent strategies.

About You:

Hold tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or a related field.

Have 2-4 years' experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in FMCG, manufacturing, or agriculture.

Have a solid understanding of Australian employment law and HR best practices.

Possess strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Be able to influence, coach, and build trust with stakeholders.

Be detail-oriented, able to maintain confidentiality, and highly organised.
