Job Opportunity: Lead Talent Development Specialist

Talent development specialists are responsible for designing and implementing innovative strategies to attract and retain top talent. In this role, you will partner with business unit leaders and HR professionals to develop and execute strategic talent attraction initiatives, lead early talent programs, and use data to track talent trends and measure program impact.

  3. Lead and evolve early talent and talent readiness programs
  4. Use data to track talent trends, measure program impact, and optimize recruitment strategies
  5. Forecast talent needs based on business growth and market trends
  6. Owning and evolving strategies and programs that enable internal talent movement, visibility, and readiness for key roles

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, ideally within the medical device or healthcare industry
  • Proven success in designing and optimizing talent programs
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align talent initiatives to business goals
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships
  • Adaptability in fast-paced, dynamic environments

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to lead cross-functional teams and foster a culture of talent excellence
