Key responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment across diverse roles and business areas.
  • Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers, providing guidance on best practices and strategies.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes, from sourcing to advertising, to attract top talent.
  • Track recruitment progress, ensuring timely and effective outcomes with Hiring Managers.
  • Guide and mentor the Talent Acquisition team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.

What we're looking for:

  • Degree qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment within a fast-paced environment, ideally in the not-for-profit sector.
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to build rapport and coach Hiring Managers on best practice recruitment.
  • Passionate about contributing to a cause-driven organisation with a faith-based mission.
  • A proactive, resourceful mindset, with the ability to find innovative recruitment solutions and continuously improve processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with visa sponsorship processes (desirable, but not essential).
