We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our flexible workforce.
- This role is designed for individuals who want to manage their own schedule and work close to home.
As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for assisting NDIS participants, their families, and/or carers in identifying their needs through assessment and person-centred planning.
- Evaluate and develop evidence-based support plans within a complex support space.
- Develop meaningful goals and practical strategies utilizing a positive behaviour support framework.
- Ensure individual plans reflect the participant's goals, passions, and strengths.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2 Years NDIS experience.
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
- Active ABN.
- Relevant insurance including Public Liability, Professional Indemnity Insurance, and Comprehensive Car Insurance.
- Police Clearance, WWCC, and NDIS Screener.
