Job Description

This role plays a critical part in sustaining and enhancing Australia's cyber defence capabilities.

  • Deliver client services through SAFe development cycles.
  • Manage the software and hardware suite for clients.
  • Build, configure, and manage infrastructure components in DevSecOps pipelines.
  • Support and troubleshoot operational issues across virtualised and containerised environments.
  • Produce high-quality technical documentation.

Work within client ICT and cyber security governance frameworks, engaging with stakeholders to support cyber operations outcomes.

A strong background in Linux OS automation and administration is essential, as is hands-on experience with IT automation tools.

  • Proficiency with containerisation & orchestration (Docker, Podman, Kubernetes)
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, Bamboo)
  • Knowledge of VMware, Hyper-V and virtualised platforms
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Applicants must have NV2 Security Clearance and relevant professional certifications. Experience working in air-gapped environments, Government ICT experience, and knowledge of cyber operations are highly desirable.
