Intensive Care Services Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intensive Care Services Manager to lead our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to new heights of excellence. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping the future of critical care services at National Capital Private Hospital, a leading healthcare provider in the nation's capital.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering exceptional patient outcomes and champion quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes and patient experiences.
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the ICU to complement the hospital's strategic direction, operational processes, budget, and business direction.
- Implement strategic initiatives to optimize ICU operations and resource allocation, ensuring seamless operations and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance patient experience and clinical outcomes, driving positive outcomes and setting benchmarks in patient safety, quality improvement, and staff development.
- Current registration with AHPRA;
- Proven experience in ICU management or a related healthcare leadership role;
- Strong clinical expertise coupled with a strategic mindset;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
- A record of accomplishment of driving operational excellence and achieving measurable results;
- Proven time management and prioritization skills;
