Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team at National Capital Private Hospital. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team, and ensuring patient and staff safety.
Responsibilities
* Deliver evidence-based nursing care to patients in the ICU unit
* Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
* Ensure patient and staff safety through effective risk management and quality improvement initiatives
* Supervise, direct, and guide nursing team members to deliver patient care
* Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation, or end-of-life needs
* Current Registration with AHPRA
* Post-Graduate Certificate in ICU/CCU (or working towards)
* Working with Children check (if relevant)
* Commitment to Quality Patient Care
* Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work well independently or within a team
* Basic computer skills

If you are successful in the role, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant registered nursing experience against the current Healthscope and NSWNMA/ANMF - ACT Nurses and Midwives' - Enterprise Agreement, a salary ranging from $ to $ per hour.
