Job Title: Intensive Care Services Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intensive Care Services Manager to lead our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to new heights of excellence. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping the future of critical care services at National Capital Private Hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a Multidisciplinary Team: You will lead a team of dedicated professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and provide leadership and direction to the ICU to complement the strategic direction, operational processes, budget, and business direction.
- Implement Strategic Initiatives: You will implement strategic initiatives to optimize ICU operations and resource allocation, champion quality improvement initiatives, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Foster a Culture of Continuous Learning: You will foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development among staff, collaborate with stakeholders to enhance patient experience and clinical outcomes, and provide leadership and direction to the ICU.
Qualifications:
- Current Registration: Current registration with AHPRA is required.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in ICU management or a related healthcare leadership role is essential.
- Strong Clinical Expertise: Strong clinical expertise coupled with a strategic mindset is required.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
- Record of Accomplishment: A record of accomplishment of driving operational excellence and achieving measurable results is required.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Postgraduate Qualification: A postgraduate qualification in Critical Care/Intensive Care or Leadership and Management is desirable.
