Job Summary

This key role is seeking a commercially astute analyst to join our industry-leading National Industrial Capital Markets team based in the Sydney CBD. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing, marketing, and negotiating the sale of industrial properties across the Australian market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provision of financial and cash flow modelling for industrial assets, including compilation of information for use in submissions, pitches, and information memorandums
  • Coordinating comprehensive financial and technical due diligence and assistance with handling associated enquiries during campaigns, including lease reviews and outgoings benchmarking exercises
  • Research and analysis of relevant market information and intelligence
  • Manage key data sources of the team, including sales data, valuation data, operating agreement data, and other sector-specific data
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies for the Industrial Capital Markets client group, including institutional and international clients
  • Assisting in the development of the opportunity pipeline
  • Prepare client progress reports on campaigns and attend client meetings
  • Actively assist in pursuing new appointments to act for organisations, focusing on fostering existing and new relationships with businesses likely to result in ongoing opportunities for Colliers
Requirements
  • University degree qualified with a real estate license or certificate
  • Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and MS-Project)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to converse with all levels of staff from senior management to technical staff
  • Understanding of the local industrial property market and current trends
  • Ability to work competently to achieve key milestone dates
Salary

A competitive salary of approximately $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
