The role of Solicitor Conveyancing Specialist is a fantastic opportunity to join Elias Recruitment in providing first-rate conveyancing services to our clients and support to the lawyers in the team.

Company Overview

This esteemed private practice law firm, based in the Sutherland region, specializes in Conveyancing, Property Transactions, Leases, and purchase of businesses. They also handle Wills Estates, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Business Law.

The firm offers realistic hours, no core billable hours, and is usually finished for the day by 5 pm, giving a realistic work-life balance outside of the business.

About the Role

This critical role provides an exciting opportunity to work on fast-paced conveyancing and property processes. The client base is a great mix of sole traders, Mum and Dad Investors, and offers a really interesting range of work. The business is very well networked through the local area and is a real go-to for the Sutherland local community.

You will be working as part of a strong administration team, with excellent attention to detail, fantastic teamwork, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a variety of property transactional work
  • Provide first-rate conveyancing services to clients
  • Support the lawyers in the team
Requirements

We are seeking a solicitor with an Excellent understanding of the conveyancing process and residential property law. Some Probate and Wills and Estates Experience would be advantageous.

What We Offer

This role has a competitive salary of around $80,000 per annum and offers a great deal of autonomy and long-term career progression. Due to the fact that there is a lot of face-to-face client contact, it is desirable that this is an office-based role.
