About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at National Aluminium in Dandenong South. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in driving productivity and learning new skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking a variety of manufacturing duties, including machine operation, working to a production schedule, and manufacturing quality products in a safe, timely, and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for inspecting products for their quality and ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.

About the Shifts

We offer a range of shifts to suit your needs, including day and afternoon shifts. Our shifts are Monday to Friday, with 38 hours per week. You will have the opportunity to work in a variety of roles and develop your skills and experience.

About You - Skills & Experience

We are looking for a proactive, punctual, and reliable individual who is able to take instruction and follow through on tasks. You will have prior experience working in a manufacturing environment and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also have a positive attitude and be able to work well as part of a team.
