About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at National Aluminium in Dandenong South. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in driving productivity and learning new skills in a key manufacturing environment with a focus on safety and teamwork.

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking a variety of manufacturing duties, including:

  • Operating machinery to produce high-quality products
  • Working to a production schedule to meet deadlines
  • Manufacturing products in a safe, timely, and efficient manner
  • Inspecting products for quality and accuracy
  • Working in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures
About the Shifts

We offer a range of shifts to suit your lifestyle, including:

  • Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week
  • Various shifts, including day and afternoon shifts
  • Opportunities for overtime when available
About You - Skills & Experience

We are looking for a proactive, punctual, and reliable individual with:

  • Machine operating experience (desirable but not essential)
  • Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Able to take instruction and follow through on tasks
  • Approach every task positively while demonstrating a commitment to safe work practices
  • A desire to learn new skills and work with parts and products
  • A clear communicator who thrives in a team environment
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and grow into a more senior role
