Job Title: Maintenance Handyperson

We are seeking a skilled and experienced maintenance handyperson to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of tasks, including gardening, landscaping, minor electrical work, carpentry, and other maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our property.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and external contractors.
• Execute preventative maintenance activities according to schedule.
• Respond promptly to calls for assistance and communicate actions taken.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Previous experience working in a similar role is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Holding current certification in first aid and CPR would be an advantage.
