About the Role

We are working on several pioneering initiatives to elevate our national supermarket network in efficiency and sustainability. You will be pivotal in making this happen.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain world-class software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify, prioritize and deliver software features, review code, and provide feedback to other developers.

  • You will ensure the quality of software products and mentor junior developers.
  • You will contribute to creating a team environment that encourages high-performance and a fun working atmosphere.
About You and Your Expertise

We are looking for a highly skilled C# and .NET professional with at least 6 years' experience. Your skills include:

  • Extensive experience in .NET frameworks and C#.
  • Experience designing and building APIs and Backends for Frontends (BFFs).
  • Experience with microservices/serverless architectures.
  • Experience with containerization & release pipelines.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, etc.
  • Extensive experience working in cloud environments (strong preference for Azure).
  • Experience working in large-scale projects and high-traffic platforms.
  • Good knowledge of software engineering principles (clean code, SOLID).
  • Good knowledge of software engineering practices (KISS, YAGNI, DRY).
  • Advocate for good software engineering practices (automated testing, CI/CD).
  • Strong working knowledge of unit testing for both Backend & Frontend code.
