We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our team. As a Senior Software Developer, you will play a key role in designing and delivering high-quality software solutions that meet the business needs of our organization.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for developing, testing, and implementing software solutions using a range of programming languages and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative technology solutions that meet the business objectives.
  • Evaluate and improve system reliability and performance on an ongoing basis.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers within the team.
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges to maintain smooth operations.
  • Document development processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new projects.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend their application to enhance systems.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in software development within the technology sector.
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages and frameworks relevant to the role.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Experience working on projects within the retail industry is desirable.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and software development lifecycle processes.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
