Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Service Delivery Expert to join our team at Syndeticom.

As an AV Solutions Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the supply and installation of AV systems and related services, managing BAU activities, and driving maintenance contracts with precision and excellence.

You'll work closely with our customers' teams to ensure seamless project execution and build strong relationships with existing and new customers through regular communication and site meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Proposal Management: Generate and review proposals with clearly defined scopes.
  2. Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers through regular communication and site meetings. Ensure timely responses to client requests.
  3. Project Coordination: Allocate field resources effectively to meet job expectations and financial constraints. Manage materials procurement and liaise with suppliers. Conduct quality and safety checks on site, ensuring compliance with WHS standards. Generate invoices and assess ongoing project estimations. Maintain profitability through regular review of internal quoting systems. Accurate reporting of daily, weekly and monthly milestones of the project.
  4. Quality Assurance: Perform routine and ad-hoc quality and Work Health Safety checks on site. Implement and review quality assurance procedures for all personnel.

Qualifications

A CMA General Cabling Licence or Electrical Licence is preferred.

An OH&S General Induction for Construction Work in NSW (White Card) is required.

Experience Required

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role is necessary. Knowledge and experience working in the Audio-Visual industry are essential. Sound AV installation and commissioning experience is required. Management of internal resources of tradespersons is expected.
