Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Delivery and Solution Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering and implementing solutions to our Enterprise and Key Account customers.

You will serve as the technical lead representing us to these customers, providing expert advice and guidance on our products and services.

Your primary objective will be to understand customer needs and translate them into business requirements and delivery strategies.

You will work closely with our Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to formulate and execute strategies to accelerate customer delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate current and potential customers on the value proposition of our products and services in addressing their credit and payments risk assessment, API integration, data and analytics needs.
  • Engage with customers to understand their credit risk management challenges and objectives.
  • Brief with sales teams to develop compelling product demonstrations and presentations that showcase the features, functionality, and business benefits of our credit risk software solutions.
  • Collaborate with the product development and engineering teams to provide feedback, identify enhancements, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our credit risk software solutions.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years' experience in a customer-facing solution architect role or similar technical role in the SaaS industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of credit risk management, financial systems, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in presenting complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work optimally with others through conflicting pressures and priorities while resolving complex issues.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
