As a Delivery Transformation Specialist with Delivery Associates, you'll play a critical role in supporting our clients in achieving their goals. Our team works closely with government leaders, partners, and specialist experts to deliver high-impact projects that drive meaningful change in the public sector.

With over a decade of experience in Deliverology, our team has developed a deep understanding of what drives successful implementation. We're passionate about sharing this expertise with our clients, helping them navigate the complexities of policy and program implementation.

In this role, you'll work closely with colleagues to design and implement high-impact projects. You'll analyze data, develop recommendations, and engage stakeholders to inform project decisions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Implementation: Assist in implementing high-impact projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality outputs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster relationships with government leaders, partners, and stakeholders to inform project decisions.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Reporting: Develop and maintain project reports, ensuring accurate and timely information is shared with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (public policy, government administration, economics, public health, etc.).
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in government, consulting, policy, project management, and/or impact measurement.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
  • Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Authorization + Location: Existing right to work in Australia, with preference given to Sydney-based candidates.
