Job Role

You will serve as the primary link between clients and our clinical team, ensuring a seamless and compassionate experience for clients and their pets throughout their visit. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional care to clients and pets
  • Communicating updates about pets to clients and addressing their queries
  • Collaborating with the team regarding updates, patient needs, and financial details
  • Assisting clients with financial transactions and insurance claims
  • Managing cash handling and daily reconciliations
  • Performing administrative duties to support clinic operations
