**About the Role:**

The successful candidate will be confident in engaging with customers, offering advice and product information on their specific pet needs by taking the time to ask questions about their pets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greet customers with a warm welcome and offer a high sense of customer care.
  • Educate customers on our services and the best care for their pets.
  • Attend to the presentation of the store.
  • Replenish stock and stock rotation.
  • Keep up to date on pet products and services we provide.

**Requirements:**

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess:

  • A passion for pets and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays on a rostered basis.
  • The ability to lift 20 kgs.
  • A positive team player attitude.
