As a seasoned Application Operations Engineer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and troubleshoot advanced network solutions in highly classified environments.

  • Manage key tools (SOC, NOC, ITSM, CMDB, MDM, Identity, VDI) to shape product strategy, roadmap, and development.
  • Lead a team to deliver innovative, high-security solutions that address customer needs.
  • Serve as the next escalation point for tickets, ensuring efficient resolution or escalation to Subject Matter Experts.
  • Execute configuration changes on systems while maintaining accurate service relationships.
  • Collaborate with product teams to deploy and enhance products in line with operational requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement through application maintenance and process enhancements.

To succeed, you will demonstrate:

  • Security Clearance; therefore, applicants must be Australian Citizens and have the ability to obtain and maintain clearance.
  • Experience supporting Linux environments, including proficiency in Bash and/or Python.
  • Hands-on expertise in areas: Cloud Infrastructure, Networking, Containers & Orchestration, DevOps & Monitoring Tools, Automation.
  • Flexibility to work in a 24/7 operational environment, Prior experience in a mission-critical operations role, A passion for technology and security.
  • Flexibility to enjoy and thrive within a fast-paced, agile, expanding scale-up environment.
