Corporate Insurance Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Insurance Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing strong relationships with key clients, providing comprehensive insurance knowledge and all aspects of client servicing.
As a Business Development Insurance Professional, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of insurance broking professionals, leveraging your skills and expertise to drive business growth and excellence.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored insurance solutions.
- Provide high-quality ongoing technical advice to clients, ensuring they receive expert guidance on all aspects of insurance.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities, building on existing relationships to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain industry/market knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in insurance to inform business decisions.
- Work effectively within a team to accomplish organisational goals, collaborating with colleagues to achieve exceptional results.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an insurance broker, with a proven track record of success.
- Commercial broking experience is highly desired, with a strong understanding of the industry and market.
- Ability to provide an outstanding professional and efficient service to all clients, delivering exceptional value and support.
- Tier 1 qualification, demonstrating expertise and knowledge in insurance.
- A self-starter with the ability to work in a team, taking initiative and ownership to drive business outcomes.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- A willingness to learn and adapt, embracing new challenges and opportunities to grow professionally.
- Experience with various technology and insurance software, leveraging tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
