About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Spray Painter to deliver exceptional results in vehicle restoration.

  • Mix and match colours for vehicle painting following thorough preparation and scheduling.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive colour library.
  • Prepare, prime, and paint vehicles according to meticulous Job Sheet requirements following established paint supplier's process.
  • Buff and denib vehicles to achieve optimal finishes.
  • Handle all vehicles with utmost care and attention.
  • Identify and note any extra paint work required beyond initial quotes.
  • Report old damage or substandard previous repairs to the production manager.
  • Ensure a clean and organized work bay and workshop area.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to apprentices when necessary.
