About the Role

The primary objective of this position is to provide first-class support to clients via phone calls and email, ensuring their high-end vehicle repair needs are met promptly and efficiently.

  • Respond to client inquiries in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely fashion.
  • Liaise with insurance companies to facilitate claims and repair processes, guaranteeing seamless communication and timely approvals.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage incoming calls and resolve client concerns or complaints effectively, maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor at all times.
  2. Process invoices accurately, ensuring precise billing for services rendered and maintaining transparent financial transactions.
  3. Keep clients informed about the status of their vehicle repairs through regular updates and excellent communication, fostering trust and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles within the automotive or insurance sectors is preferred.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with software systems, including iBody or similar programs, is advantageous.
  • Display excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a positive attitude, ensuring outstanding results in a dynamic setting.
