Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all clients, providing internal support and coordinating product logistics.
  • Collaborate with Branch Managers to effectively schedule product deliveries to various sites.
  • Ensure timely coordination of product deliveries, aligning with customer requests.
  • Transform orders received via email into actionable live orders for dispatch.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Site Supervisors to meet their specific project needs.
  • Maintain proactive communication with customers to ensure deadlines are met as accurately as possible.
  • Establish and manage OneDrive files for efficient project documentation.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the construction industry; plumbing experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel); familiarity with JDE is highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
