About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Experience Host to join our team at Travel + Leisure Co. As a Guest Experience Host, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to our guests and promoting the benefits of vacation ownership with Club Wyndham.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate sales appointments for our sales centers and via livestream
  • Establish commonality and build rapport with customers to ensure an exceptional experience is delivered
  • Work closely with the resort operations team to provide a high level of service and a seamless transition for owners and guests through the check-in process
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within the Wyndham Destinations community
  • Meet targets and KPIs as set by the business
What You'll Bring
  • No experience required, but a genuine passion for customer service and the local area is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive individual with immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
  • High levels of computer literacy and previous experience with a PMS system (Opera) is advantageous
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace and work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public, and school holidays
