Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Team Member to join our team. As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and contributing to a positive and productive team dynamic.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Guest Service

  • Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous service to all guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

  • Engage with guests in a genuine manner, suggesting products that complement their purchases to enhance their experience.

Store Maintenance

  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the parking lot, floors, and restrooms.

  • Stock shelves and coolers, ensuring an adequate supply of products for guests.

  • Adhere to all food safety regulations, maintaining a clean and sanitized environment for food and beverage preparation.

Team Collaboration

  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.

  • Communicate effectively with team members, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and responsibilities.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Ring up guests on the cash register, balancing cash and inventory transactions.

  • Update prices and post new signage to reflect monthly promotions and sales opportunities.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the store.

Requirements:

  1. Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • 1-2 years of work experience preferred, with a focus on retail or customer service.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and achieving sales goals.

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and repeatedly bend, stand, and reach while on the job.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
